Gosh hon I'm so sorry for what your enduring & I hope you find enough support here while you wade through your feelings. Hubby must have felt that he didnt know how to fix everything & took the cowardly way out by leaving. Have you spoken to him since he left? or are you letting him take some time to think some things over & give him time to miss you?

All my strengths.

April

Havent talked to him but hes an alcoholic and i dont expect to. Unless he quits drinking, see i used to drink eith him until 8 yrs ago. 5yrs ago i got diagnosed bipolar1 and bpd and to him i was broke. He never voiced it, but i knew it. I tried so hard to be " normal" maybe i tried too hard. Ill never know. All i know now is ive got to get my act together and get in survival mode. I just need someone who understands ya know? Thanks April i appreciate u

Well an alcoholic would take any easier route. I admire you stepping up & trying to find a solution to the problem rather then making excuses, so give that to yourself huh.

My husband of 20yrs is bipolar/schizoid/BPD/NPD & more disorders w/alcohol dependency & refuses to manage any of it, so again, I admire you for taking the bull by the horns & reaching out here.

Keep talking it through til you feel a bit better hon & I appreciate you too.
