The Chinese Tai Chi exercise is very good for your body and soul. Also, avoid caffeine and when have time, listen to the soft music, this will help you to relax and feel more calm. Wishing you well. God bless you.

Smoking pot actually made my anxiety worse. For about a half hour or so I would completely mellow out, but then I go into full on panic mode and freak out. I wish it had the same effect on me.

I'm not sure about which strains are good for anxiety, but they surely exist. I'll ask my husband and get back to you. And yes, it helps whether I feel down or up. Sometimes I want it more than others. But I'm a daily smoker for sure.

I'm a daily smoker as well. I'm nauseous 24/7 due to my ulcers and acid reflex. Those of which were caused by anxiety and stress. Including a few other things. Howeve weed does help me a lot with my moods. I was prescribed Xanax, but I have an addictive personality and don't like taking them so I smoke.

I'm with st3phers on this one, when it works well it helps a lot but when it goes wrong it's a living nightmare, totally, so I avoid the stuff now, I find it not worth it on balance at all. If I could smoke the stuff and it make me feel good I would be all for it but besides the risk of falling into a waking nightmare there is strong evedance to suggest it can make mental illnesses worst.

If you have problems with ulcers and nausea, I say keep smoking. Don't listen to the haters.

I'm not a hater, I'm saying it doesn't agree with me and many others, I'm all for freedom of choice.

i second that Robbie. I wasn't being a hater either. Janaemaried mentioned how it helped their mood, Robbie and I were simply offering our opinion of how it affects us personally. No hate! lol.
